Out Health Inc is a Wisconsin 501(c)3 non-profit. Our mission is to improve the health of LGBTQ+ people across the state through advocacy, education and high-quality patient care. Your donation to Out Health allows people without health coverage or other difficult circumstances to receive care in a safe, private environment. Your donation allows us to advocate for the people we serve with their families, at their schools, at their place of employment, and to obtain the medically-necessary care they need. All donations to Out Health are tax-exempt to the fullest extent of the law.
